Plans by Indaver to build a 240,000 tonne waste incinerator, of which up to 10% will be hazardous waste, in Ringaskiddy in County Cork are active again, with Significant New Information submitted on 29 August, 2025.

IMPORTANT UPDATE – IT’S TOO LATE TO POST

Use the online submission form to make a submission and pay 50Euro if you haven’t already made one in 2016.

People who have ALREADY MADE a submission in the 2016 process have been told they can email submissions to laps@pleanala.ie to bypass payment.

Anyone can make a submission.
Any individual or group can make a submission.
If you have already submitted, you don’t need to pay the 50Euro submission fee again. (You will have received a letter from An Coimisiun Pleanala in this case telling you of the substantial new information)
If you are new to making an observation, you must enclose 50E.

You can make a submission by post, or online.

If you are making a submission or observation or by post you must:

INCLUDE
• your own name or group name and postal address in the observation.
• the Coimisiun Pleanala case reference: PA04.318802, Ringaskiddy, Co Cork
• your planning grounds of observation (reasons and arguments). State everything you think relevant!
• any items you wish to support your grounds of observation.
• the appropriate fee of 50Euro if you did not make a submission / observation in 2016
