Indaver to push on with EPA licence application though High Court challenge outcome is not yet delivered

High Court review to resume for closing remarks this afternoon

High Court review set to begin March 19

The CHASE challenge to Bord Pleanála’s planning permission for an incinerator at Ringaskiddy is on track for hearing in just over two weeks. The High Court review is set to begin on March 19th and to run for two weeks.
